Hello everyone, we have some important updates to share with you.
With the increased volume of customers since we launched our service to the public in the beginning of the year, some system bottlenecks were revealed over time, which led to certain users experiencing less engagement than anticipated. We greatly appreciate your feedback and want to assure you that we're dedicated to continuously improving our services, both on software and hardware side.
In our most recent update, we have rolled out two significant changes that we want to make our customers aware of:
Breaking change 1: Account Management
In the past, we faced challenges due to accounts remaining in our system even after their subscription had ended, which affected the engagement performance. To deal with this problem, once a subscription ends, our system will now start to unfollow accounts over a span of 14 days, at irregular intervals. This step will maintain the efficiency of our system and allow us to focus our resources on active clients.
Breaking change 2: Pinned Post Engagement
Our system used to offer extra engagement for pinned posts. However, given the scale of customers we're now serving, this feature is no longer sustainable. To ensure we can deliver high-quality engagement to all our customers, we've had to disable this feature for the time being. However, we're actively considering introducing this and other premium features in the future.
