We never disliked our clients, even smallest ones, because without clients, we never got to be what we are today. I believe everyone would understand why we decided to close your account with us. We've always tried to work with you but it doesn't seem to be working for both of us, and again, you already mentioned that you are dissatisfied with our service multiple times, so while we highly appreciate your business with us, it's in both parties best interest to not be working with each other. I personally still don't understand why you still use our service despite all the hates and complains Furthermore, I believe we've been more than fair regarding the account closure process, you have more than 2 weeks to migrate to your new provider or backup your data, which is more than enough. We also offered a free migration to your new provider or an extension of your service if required, and a partial refund if you decided to cancel our service earlier than the due date. If there is nothing to adds up to the discussion, it's best that we end it right here as the decision was not taken lightly and has been made after several considerations/events.
