Replied to you via ticket! The main issue was the transaction was applied to the wrong invoice, which makes our system not recognized your order as paid. (Corrected by now). To be honest, I was a little bit trip due to the night shift (which is completely out of business hour we stated on our website) but due to the number of tickets we are receiving, I can't rest well before I made sure that my customers' issues are resolved, and that leads to sometimes, I do make mistakes on my responses as well!
