Hye guys I still can't find that option to add default selections of Youtube pre music , sound effects.

the old layout go under video , edit can easily find that option to add any Youtube pre offer music, sound effects.

Now the new layout I can't find it under option.
only can edit the description etc but cannot find the option to add , select Youtube pre loaded sound , music

Ok put it simple, you also got youtube channel right? try to upload a video without music, and you want to use Youtube pre offer music , means is from Youtube library.
I Not preferring you go the library and download .

In the old Youtube layout there is an option to straight choose which Youtube pre offer sound you want and straight inject it.
