    How long does it take for a dedi to be approved? paid with btc and everything went through but still is pending.

    Been like 30-35 hours since i paid for my server and still haven't recieved anything, was told by support to standby and that they are working on this "issue?" Last message was 14 hours ago and no updates regarding anything. I must say I am dissapointed that support staff wouldn't keep customers better updated especiallly after paying 70$ in bitcoin.

    I do really hope that my server time will be extended for these extra days.

    The VPS keep on power off by itself since 10 days ago and the support team keep saying is ok. I have to manually login to power up myself. If you want proof I can show you the ticket sent since 5/3/2019. PISS OFF

    Just sent the email to Josh. Now even worse, cant even restart myself http://prntscr.com/nonx87
    I know all these should be sent to the support, but letting me everyday manually login to control panel to restart the vps and everyday send the same problem over and over to the support, I believe you cant blame me for posting in this forum.

    was looking for server with Intel Quick Sync.

    VPS has gone down. Cannot access the login page in the website..
    A lot of Important things were running on VPS.

    Servers is down and cannot be restarted cause the panel is barely working, can we get a human to update the people who purchase?

    It's been more than 24 hours now. No restart yet.
    Also, they have disabled live chat on the website.

    I will wait for few more hours and then move on to a new service provider.

    I definitely not recommend anyone to go for their service.
    In the time my RDP has been down, I have lost some $$... So can't wait for longer.

    + the support during this downtime has been terrible.

    Took 4 days to recieve server, server been up for like 3-4 days and now down again. Losing so much potential income from each down day.

    Yes and it been 15 days yet the power down issue by itself is not solved. I need to manually login to panel and power on everyday. Tons of support tickets and eveytime the answer was the same, "Please check the server working fine now"

    My server has also stopped. It has been more than 1 day. I have not received their reply yet. I don't know when it will be fixed.

    Shit like this happens. Yes, I do understand things like this happens.
    But these are the time's when your customer support will have to be more active and provide people with proper answers.

    There are many like me who would be running a proper business on them. But your customer support has been so bad. Very disappointed.
    I can literally open a scam report. But it's not worth my time.

    Hire more people for customer support to have a better business. Good luck.

    Any idea what the refund policy is? Their website is barely loading. I paid with Bitcoin like 8 days ago and have used the server for about 3.5 days.
