Hurricane Gustav

My best wishes to you Guys and Dolls on the Gulf Coast!

If you can get out, get out now!

If you can't get out, get to high ground as this is going to get really, really bad!

Wherever you are, stay safe!

It missed us here in S.Texas but we will still prolly get rain from it. I kinda wish it would've hit us and spared LA.

Yes my thoughts and prayers are out to everyone who might get affected by this hurricane.

But one thing that will bother me about this hurricane and being such a tragedy is the presidential election in November. Both presidential nominees are upset with what is about to happen but I know deep down inside they are thinking they can gain bonus points because of a tragedy.

They will both try and act they can help everyone and say they will be there for them when they are only trying to get more voters. Its sad but probably true.

Im down in Miami and have been through francis, andrew, charle, and wilma. Even ifs its a 3 it can still fuck alot of shit up. Wilma was a borderline 1-2 and it split phone and light polls, tiped trailers, no power for like 1 million people for a week to month. The first week was kaotic no gas stations and when a few opened up all they did has 5 mile long lines and by the time you got to the end all the gas was gone and only a couple that had generators to power the pump. Shitload of increased crime in the downed power area hence no video cameras and lights...

Be Safe New Orleans

My best wishes and thoughts are with all those on the Gulf Coast. Please stay safe.

Best,
Sine

Yea man Wilma sucked major balls when it hit us in South Florida three years ago. Hurricanes aren't anything to play with and am glad to see that people in New Orleans are taking this more seriously. Especially when their living in a city that is below sea-level. I don't see how people are comfortable living in a place like that anyways.

Genuinely hope that anyone in Gustav's path will feel the least of it's wrath. Praying for your safety and well being.
