Hungary is the new Switzerland for U.S. persons

Hungary is the new Switzerland for your money, because you don't have to fill in the w-9 form in many Hungarian banks, so your beloved IRS doesn't have a clue about your (blackhat) money.
Here are 3 banks where you don't have to fill in the form for sure: CIB, Budapest Bank, Raiffeisen.
But be aware of Citibank because there you have to fill in the w-9.

Switzerland is not good anymore for your money...because your goverment and the swiss banks :tee:

Here are the link where i read about this for who speaks Hungarian :D and wants to read it: http://index.hu/gazdasag/magyar/2009/09/14/magyarorszag_az_amerikaik_uj_svajca/

By the way do you know other countries where you don't have to fill in the w-9 form in banks?

Bank of BigHustlah does not require any documentation whatsoever. Also does not guarantee your funds will be available...ever.

Don't you have to have EU citizenship or something to sign up for those banks?

here I MUST AGREE with you hungarian girls are hotter :) by faaaaaaaaaaaaaar way :):tee:

I`ve said about the government guarantee man , not individual banks guarantee , here it's a law enforced by national bank , and any deposit on romanian bank up to 20K it's guaranteed by the government no matter what happens with the bank , the money are safe for the peoples on the limit of that amount per person / per bank ! (* if you are opening 5 accounts on 5 different banks all of them are insured by the government ) :D and funny thing it's when you finish all the banks to open and load your money , just get for your family others ... (* wife / kids / parents / grandparents and so on ) important it's to have enough money to '' keep them '' lol , Other banks like ING offer additional guarantees witch btw they aren't mean nothing since most of the time are selfish made by them ... And we don't have (*yet ) euro like national currency , bank deposits can be made on euro currency but only on 2014 it's seems we will try to adopt euro currency like official . What taxes ? here only if you are feeling generous you have to pay taxes in rest no one paying them lol .

Anyway ... only bad thing about this country it's the '' reputation '' if you can pass about it ...
Offering offshore services for peoples it's a way ;) ... and hungary country have better reputation than any other east european country .

actually hungarian girls tend to be more cute and romanian girls tend to be more hotter.

What i know is all UE govs guarantee 50K/individual(including Romania) and besides that Dutch gov guarantee 100K for their banks including ING. I was not talkin about 'their' guarantees which are 0 in case of fail.

I don't know where you live, but where i am, they say Greece is a east european country, also Poland and Czech Republick...

I'd have to say that I would trust an Eastern European bank over a Western European one any day of the week. Its a well known fact that Uncle Sam has his hands in many Western European countries governments and banking industries. Soon all the money will be flowing into Russia and there isn't a damned thing Uncle Sam can do about it because as I believe, and correct me if I'm wrong, there is no MLAT Agreement between the United States and Russia.

As much as I would trust a Russian Bank to be independent from the so called Uncle Sam, Russian history does not give me settled heart.

I cannot stop imagining a Russian bank executive walking away with billions of dollars in customer funds and seeking asylum in the U.K. I know it's a totally contrived scenario, but it comes to my fragile mind so fast that it would bother me.

Maybe, I would give Russia a couple of more years.

I agree, a couple more years at best. But if you look at the scenario now, you can see Uncle Sam dipping his hands, full hands at that, into every European Union and Western European country he can, in which we'll take Switzerland as the latest victim. But it wasn't just Uncle Sam in that deal. The U.S. Government as well as the Swiss Government split the proceeds from all those seized accounts 50/50. The only people who got raped in that situation is the account holder. But with mass U.S. Government over-taxation and mass over-spending at the tax payers expense, its no wonder Americans want to move their life savings out of the country. Its the only way to protect it. Uncle Sam wants to tax it as many times as he can because he needs to keep funding all his bullshit campaigns that don't end up helping anyone in the end and causes the poorer to get poorer and the rich only richer. The U.S. Government is at the expense of lobbyists and Corporate America and the rich are the only ones who stand to gain anything. Joe Sixpack doesn't mean shit to the U.S. Government.

So what does Uncle Sam do to recover funds? He threatens other countries into giving up 200 year old bankings laws for his benefit. But in the above scenario the Swiss Government found a way that they could both benefit: split the proceeds from the seized accounts 50/50. In the end, its all greed no matter what Government has jurisdiction.
