I have been using Hummingbird to add about 500-600 friends a day on 5 accounts. I am also tweeting real stuff using those accounts. After a couple of days, all my accounts are now banned except for 1 of them.

Is this happening to anyone else? I am guessing since I haven't done anything else wrong, it must be aggressive following/unfollowing as a result of using Hummingbird. I haven't even put affiliate links on the accounts since they are still fairly new.

If you have any advice or experience, please share.

    Thanks.

I had the same exact thing happen to me. Got 5 accounts up to 2000 followers each then one day they were all banned. Could be like you said, they are cracking down on aggressive following/unfollowing.

you're following tooo much, do 400 on each account, and then spread it out via a dynamic US VPN

    Hi guys/gals

There's a big difference in being banned and suspended. Twitter has an auto algorithm to suspend your account. I've got my account suspended with over 2k followers because according to twitter, my updates are spam. I responded with a support ticket and the following day my account was restored. I don't think hummingbird has anything to do with your account getting suspended.

well of course the TOOL isnt getting u banned... but how you are using it is...
I am friends with one of the girls that does support and she said any following or unfollowing of a total of over 400 ppl = instant suspension/ban. you can message them to unban but you need good proof you weren't spamming or using any tools

They might try and in force this but it's not true. From experience my accounts have been banned for:
    1. Following/unfollowing 1000 at a time if I don't have enough updates
    2. If I put in my tweetlater responder my link and it pisses enough people off
    3. Spamming my link too much
    4. If people complain that your a spammer

I think overall if you act like a real person that is just doing a little marketing on the side your good. If you act like your just there for marketing you might get banned. It's somewhat random.

    Hi toolbar1,

How many updates would consider normal / enough or been updated by real person ?

Does twitter track IP Address that created mass account ( eg, 5-10 accounts) in a short time ? Would they suspend the accounts ?

10+ NON LINK tweets are good per day.

Yes they track ip address for mass creation. Theyll ban them all at once plus ban ur ip.

They have gotten very strict and will only get more strict

I have added 10's of thousands of followers per day and have had no problems. My trick is to FIRST add tweets (at least 20) with no relevance to any offers. Then start following. I also change my pics and backgrounds. I have never had an account banned or suspended.

i run 2 instances at once, follow the limit/day and my accounts are still alive (14k+, 11k+)
my following tactic: follow ~300 new people at once and unfollow the same amount (when i follow the 300 new people on one of my acc at the same time i unfollow the 300 on my other acc and vica versa that's why i have to run 2 instances of the program at the same time), tweet a bit...so do it 3 times a day and you're golden, i guess if you reach 2.000 followers you're under the radar and your account is much more harder to be banned...

As I said in the beginning, you're much better having many accounts, with less tweets and make sure to change your display picture to anything that looks realistic.

I just do a test . Created 10 twitter accounts (using proxy).

using 5 with hummingbird to add friends and using 5 with Twitter friend adder v2 (you can find at bhw).

my twitter accounts which use hummingbird to add friends got suspended however the other 5 is still ok.

    something wrong with hummingbird.

I have 20 accounts, use hummingbird to follow 1000 new people everyday per account. Not a single one has been suspended so far.
