Human Error Caused Google Bug

Sue who? And for what? Google admitted they fucked up, hence their FREE search service was not working properly for a short period of time lol. Not sure who could sue for what here, or why.

slander i think its called..... they said every single one of my sites was harmfull and caused lost profits and users to my sites.

Well if you were going that route I believe it's libel. Slander is spoken, libel is written. At any rate it's still ludicrous.

I bet there is a huge battery of salivating lawyers just wishing they could turn this in to a class action and make big bank, while the lewi's of the world sign up to get a few pennies, if anything.

This is what is called a very minor set back in the business world, and not much more than a giggle to a BHer. If the money is that important to you we can establish the lewi fund and send you the $10 to $15 you could have lost.

you would only be able to sue for loss of income and be able to prove it, so go for it. and probably only get half of it, and then pay your lawyer.

ha ha.... nope it didn't cause me any losses unfortunately and actually caused me some gains as i was quick off my feet with this one.

Now as for the lewi fund.... meh i already have a worship group for bynari... don't want to over-complicate things.....

you would have thought ebay and paypal would have had a go at busting google's balls for this... or not?

Eh I know where your going with all this, but it's setting an awful precedent that Google is actually an authority figure. If somehow you can prove Google's ranking and opinion hold some sort of legal rating if you will to get the good stuff out of them , you have to take the bad. That would be manipulating their rankings (bh seo) is somehow defrauding surfers, instead of just breaking google's TOS. Make sense or do I need a nap already?
