Hi, I need some opinions regarding this matter. I created a hubpage account and published almost 12 hubpages with high quality content. This is for a client who wants hubpages and wanted to promote a certain site. Let's take SITE.com as an example of the site he is promoting. He asked me to use SITE.com as a keyword and anchor text. I followed his instructions and proceeded with the creation of hubpages. The hubpage got published after 24 hours of review and was online for almost 1 week. The client now is claiming that the links are not working and when I checked. The account I made for him was banned. He said he started promoting the hubpages as soon as I sent the links which is almost 1 week after he pmed me today. He is claiming that it is because of the content and relevancy of the content. His SITE.com is about social media and I created all of the articles related to this topic. I even sent him the titles of the articles before working on it. Now here's the catch, I have my main account on hubpage which I published 1 hub about his site. It was the very first hub I created for him and its still live. My question, would it be possible that it is because of the content that got account banned even though it has been almost a week live? Is it also possible that the method he used to promote the hubpages got the account banned? He is asking me to fix this problem and I would like to know what should I do since creating another account can lead to the same problem. PS: The account name he asked me to use on hubpage is SITE-com. SITE.com is also mentioned twice in the content which he asked for. I also tried looking for hubpage violations and it shows none. No emails of any notification or whatsoever Should I offer a refund? Fix the problem? How do I fix it? Thanks BWH.
