I am looking for an http sniffer for windows. I just want to know which programs are sending out http traffic, and what the requests are.

I found one called "Free HTTP Sniffer" on cnet. Does the job. Wireshark was way too complicated.

Wireshark is good one. But its complex to handle. Once you know how to use, you are good to go.

I also recommend Wireshark, it's not hard to set.

In fact it's very easy, just type "http" on the filter bar! (without quotes)
