Hey guys,

Im making a sort of blog that im gonna update once a month.

Were would I get better pr on google html page or wordpress page ?

Im gonna add the seo pack for wordpress too.

WordPress with SEO plugins will make your SEO work tons easier unless you are a real master of hand-coding HTML pages.

I can personally can code HTML.

Currently I have a blog I only update every now and then, but looking to find time to update it around 3 times a week.

Not sure which would be better to rank higher in Google. It really would depend on if you know your HTML codes.

I'd say a combo of both would be ideal. You get the best of both worlds; ease of automation by using SEO plugins and the fact that Wordpress is so, SO simple to use, and the fine tune tweaking afforded by hand-coded HTML.

Google LOVES Wordpress. With the amount of plugins available it will make your life MUCH MUCH easier in terms of SEO if you go with WP. This isn't even really debatable, if there's one thing blogs (WP) are good at it's ranking in Google.

I agree with laserblast: using both
especially if you're adding some extra pages on your blog, you could code them in php because it's easier to edit
they'd keep your main template when you edit minor things like meta tags, and the content of the page of course. :D - in case you're switching your template you won't need to go through each html file to edit.
I don't know if I'm making sense, :yo:
