Put them in a small drop down menu. This can replace the old school concepts of a "sitemap page" or "footer links". Some of the benefits are that anything can become the drop down menu... i.e. the period at the end of the copyright in the page footer... etc... You can also css the menu position to be unclickable too by positioning the menu in a place where it is really hard to find or click. The dropdown menus can even be many layers deep.

Technically it is cloaking and is a no no, but it does work.
