You should always retain the password of the E-mail used to register each FB account and also make sure that you always set a Secret Answer.

This makes accounts easier to unlock.

Was this account phone verified? Aged?

I have gotten away with inviting 500 friends via E-mail but it was in two separate batches of 250 each. I have done this on both Non-PVAs and PVAs. Try splitting up your invites into batches and if need be, lower the amount of E-mails you invite per account. Don't forget to switch up proxies for each account.

Try to keep your friend invites to <200 per mass invite per couple of days. The idea is to stay under the radar. FB is really policing mass friend requests lately.
