Hrefer link list problem

ok so I finally found the time to install XRumer a year after I bought it.

I'm running Hrefer and noticed that 60% of generated links are not relavant to my keyword phrases in my words list. I would assume one should expect some irrelevant matches but not at this rate.

Is this normal? If not, how do I make the scraping more accurate?

I also noticed the links are not index links, even though I checked the "convert all links to index" option.
For example, this was a scraped link:
http://board.totalecuador.com/Art_and_Artists/Otavallo_area_Artists_Oil_Paintings
