HR views? Where's the cool new hip place to get them?

I know the service for HR view providers has been very erratic over the last year or more.. So I'm wondering now.. where is the best place to get them? Also, I'm trying to find the best way for me to get some likes/comments at the same time.

I'm just worried about ordering all of them because I've had it before where I order 2000 HR views from one person, and 100 like from another person.. and the likes are like 2 days later (and using some type of bot I'm sure). Is there any providers that can do it at the same time?

Who is BB? vagex says it's an exchange, so I'm assuming I need to go and click a bunch of other people videos? Dunno if I have time for that :(
 
Thanks :) Do you have any suggestions on reliable ones that I could use here on BHW? And possibly and solution to me concerns on getting likes/comments/views at the same time? (if that's even an issue)
 
Vagex has more cons than pros, but it's still possible to get views and likes from them.

You will only get about 400 views off of 5000 credits.
 
I heard that enhanceviews still seems to be working! I don't really use them so can't ensure that but I would suggest you to try them out.
