    Hey Guys,

    Just saw this on SlickDeals.

    HP Touchpad 16gb $99, 32gb $149

Just got slashed from 400 bucks!

Not bad for something to surf the web, check email on, etc.

Thanks man. I just bought a 32GB Touchpad from OfficeDepot.com for $164.61 shipped.
By the time I decided to buy more, they were future order only lol

I suspect the market will be flooded with these cheap things being resold, but I'm still pretty certain it'd be easy to make money off these things if you were lucky enough to buy several before being sold out.

Some are doing the Walmart pricematch...might be worth looking into, but I hate being an ass to menial employees, having been one myself.

You sure it's pc and not just touchpad?

Anyways, I don't care at all for personal use. As long as I can read books, listen to music, check email, and maybe watch shows/movies, I don't care.

It's barely more expensive than a Kindle with mutch more features.

So could it replace a PC?

I bought 2 of the 32gb from Sams Club's website this morning. I figure I can flip them for 200-300 pretty easy. If I can't I'll just keep them for that price.

Only if you're a very light user.

If I had to pick just one, it'd definitely be a pc, even a low end one..

Anyone put Linux on one of these things?
