Best method to get click over profile link is by catching followers attentions.
Like if you have an account in fashion niche then you can publish post with the cloth design which will say check link in bio.
in that way your viewers will reach your profile and will go through the link but make sure to provide what they want else you might see your followers going down.

Yeah in the post description, and best would be to go with videos just use some slideshow creator. add 2-3 images and at last keep a simple page with text check the link to get the product.
or get more creative, check how your competitors are doing.

No idea what you're trying to get them to click on, so no suggestions - but try browsing BuzzFeed and seeing you can make something similar to one of those titles.

You can always try to put a link rather then the whole website.
Something along the lines of "Visit the link below to see the top 5 outfits for the spring"
