I'm always concerned about how I rank on Google, and never even think of yahoo. I just checked, and out of 451,000,000 results for a HIGHLY searched keyword phrase, I rank number 5!

I guess I need to read up more about ranking with yahoo, maybe I can get to #1!

How long did it take? Did you buy an aged domain?

I have the domain a little over a year, and the phrase I'm ranking for isn't even the one I tried for, I figured there was too much competition. Obviously, I won't reveal what the phrase is.

You dont have ti give out the exact phrase or the keyword for that matter. but why dont you share the stats here.
    Like
How many searches for the keyword?
    How many pages?
    Competition, etc.
Also if you would want to share what made the difference.

That would really make the thread a little useful.

When you have good quality content, inevitably you will rank well for words you didn't even knew people searched.

Instead of the keyword phrase which of course is a big no no, you could tell us what processes you use to rank and mantain the position :)
