This can't be free if you want it done professionally, someone may surely help - i am not allowed to so do not ask me :) maybe other vip Russian person on this forum
 
Try yandex translate - don't know about the limits but the quality of translation is better than Google

Quality will not be a problem, low Quality its ok. I have more a problem about the speed. i need everyday like 200.000 russian keywords.

Doorways maybe.
But dont foeget that 75% of traffic from yandex there. Dont work with them for 3 years, dont know how its nowadays.
 
You can make a google sheet and use the google translate function to mass translate?

Not sure about limitations.


Another option would be to automate the translation process using python and selenium/requests :))
