How you keep yourself awake and energetic?

    There used to be a time, hardly 2 years ago, when I could work for 18 hours and never get tired.

    But now, I can hardly do for 5 hours. I feel sleepy very quick.

    Are there some kind of medicines that may help?

    A lot of people use Modafinil, but the sides worry me.

    Adjust your strategy to your current abilities. Listen to your body, don't ignore it. Sleep more, rest more. Also, move more and do some sport - it helps you to be more energized if you are active, and I don't mean just to have a walk, but actually sweat and train hard a few times a week.. If you want to use unhealthy shit to keep you up then you can make research on medicines, buy some energetic drinks and other crap but it's short-term approach.

    You are just human, don't expect 18 hours of focused working, this is bullshit and I don't believe that anyone can achieve results that matter when working 18 hours for longer time.
    Less is more if you do it right.

    Check your Iron levels at the docs, could be slight Anaemia or something. Just thinking outside the obvious...

    Also, you can check what you eat. if you pack on carbs, they tend to make you sleepy. But still, check with a doctor as the internet is never a place you should be seeking medical advice.

    Wake up early and go to the gym! You'll feel so much more accomplished and energised for the rest of the day.

    I find a protein+energy fruit smoothie along with focus factor to be a good way to have more energy and be focused better.

    Change your daily habits for a couple of weeks and see if it makes a difference. Exercise, cut down on soda drinks, sugar. Change your diet. Make sure you get quality sleep (darkening the room and an eye mask+earphones help a lot). And i can;t recommend this enough- Meditate.

    Don't rely on Caffeine or any energy drink too much is not good for you.

    Try eating healthy and hitting the gym with a couple protein shakes here and there.

    Human bodies adapt very quickly if you stay lazy you' ll alway feel lazy. Hit the gym 5 times per week for a month or 2 you will feel the differences but it alway come down to the GOOD O saying "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT"

    1. Morning workouts (even a walk) where you focus on getting as much oxygen flowing through your body as possible.
    2. Cut out all stimulants, no caffeine, no sugar, no white carbs, anything that doesn't naturally help your body don't ingest it.
    3. Eat more leafy green vegetables.
    4. Try to meditate or do some sort of focused driven thinking towards your goal and end result of the "work" you are doing. For example, if you want to "rank no1", think about what benefits that result would bring, and how you would feel after achieving that result, this will develop motivation in itself, which helps you work those long hours.

    After struggling with chronic exhaustion for years I finally found several things that work to keep my energy levels high throughout the day.

    1. Exercise - Exercise each day is very important, even if its only a 10-20 minute run. It will help get the blood flowing, releases endorphins that make you feel good and brings increased oxygen to your brain and other organs. I get some of my best IM idea's when i'm exercising. If you feel up to it you could check into P90x 3. It is filled with high intensity 30 minute workouts that don't cut into your day too much.

    2. Spiritual practices - I would suggest either doing Meditation, chi gong, or some sort of Yoga. All of these help to open up the energy channels & help to get you into a calm, relaxed state where you can focus on work better.

    3. Diet - cut out all high carb & sugary meals and start replacing it with a high fat diet. The carbs are what give you that short term energy burst followed by a crash. Fat's are slowly burned by your body and give you energy gradually released throughout the day. I would get some MCT oil, it's great for mental energy. I put a tbsp in my coffee with a tbsp of butter each morning and it keeps me focused and energized throughout the day. Also you will want to cut out processed foods from your diet & pretty much all things that come in a package or wrapper. Go for all natural, organic food whenever you can.

    4. Supplements - Get B vitamins if you are having mental exhaustion, mainly b12. Also fish oil or flax seed oil is really good for that same reason. The best i've been able to find have been thru amazon from a company called Garden of Life.

    5. Modafinil - This is the drug that the movie Limitless was based off of. Read up on it and see if it's right for you. I don't take it every day but when I do I am able to focus for 12+ hours straight without any distractions. It gives you laserlike focus and has no side effects as far as I can tell.     I wake up, eat a good amount of oatmeal made by me (not that boxed garbage). With my Oatmeal is a glass of milk, orange juice, and variations of cranberry juice. I then take a multivitamin. I have a liter sized bottle that I fill four times per day. I also take a Goldenseal supplement. During my day, I either jog, ride a bicycle, or follow my workout regimen. I pure PureLeaf tea, they have many flavors, and a minimal amount of caffeine.

    You can successfully get ~6 hours of sleep per night being an internet marketer while maintaining your health. If you are stressing more often than not in IM then may it is not the career path for you. I am using "you" in a general sense of speaking, of course.

    Try grenade thermo detonator, it keeps you awake for as long as you want.... I take 2 capsules 1 time a day, which keeps me awake and active, i can workout 2 times a day(total 3 hours weight lifting and cardio) while taking it. and no i am not affiliated with that product.

    I like redbull but usually either drink Monster or NoS now since they are cheaper, and I don't like the newer formula of redbull its not the same as it was 10/11 years ago.

    Do not stress over it. It only makes things worse, especially in IM. It will deter your mind into a pool over things that do not convert. Just remember how lucky you are to even be a part of IM. A lot of people in the world do not and never will have or know about the opportunity.

    There is 80mg of caffeine in the smallest can that they make. That is just below a cup of coffee (90mg). Not to mention all of the other chemicals in Redbull. You should consider other means of caffeine.

    I had one a few months ago. I enjoy the taste. I would describe it as gasoline that tastes good. (I have never tasted gasoline, though).
