For a long time, I type "site:www.xxxxx.com" for searching that.

But it seems very inaccurate now. 3 weeks ago, it shown 363 results, 1 week ago it was 265. Today it was 199. But the amount of visitors is still 2000 a day.

I have also copy pasted some text of the article that I had posted 2 days ago on this website, it was appearing in google results. I wonder if any pages are actually banned from appearing.

    Thanks

Any updates? Your website might get unindexed...

    It is still at 199.

    "site:xxxx.com"(no www .) shows over 2,000 results.

Consider raising your post count somewhere else, you have suggested nothing new.

Are you using both www and without www?

Either use a 301, or set in the webmasters to use the one you like.

And about the count it shows a number, but when you go searching through the pages, it is more than the number google says? is that what you mean to tell? Am a bit confused.

Yes, and with www it shows 199 pages, while it is 2,000 without www

I have checked the missing pages from these 199 search results, and they are actually indexed.

In this thread I am just trying to find a lot better way for knowing about the indexed stats than these dubious ones.

"site:www.xxxxx.com" had rise from 136 to 233 today.
and "site:xxxxx.com" had rise from 2,000 to 4,000 today.

Looks like things are going to get better with this website in future. Thanks all.
