How would you start a real hot girls instagram?

I got to know this chick that posts a lot of selfies and other pictures on her facebook for a few years already and gathered a following of more than 11,000 naturally (no posting in add me groups or other ways of self promotion). The engagement rate seems to be pretty good for me with 300-600 likes per picture.

All the pictures are of low quality made with smartphones or cheap cameras, no professional lighting etc - just a personal FB acc. So, we were thinking of getting her under contract and grow her social media presence with the ultimate goal of earning money through product placement (Swimsuits, Fashion, Makeup etc). Maybe it's even possible for her to get into TV-advertising or acting.
This would be kinda like the test-balloon and if we have success we would get more hot girls and cross-promote their profiles.

A friend of mine was already talking to her without even talking about money, the incentive was to grow her social presence (fame) and she's all for it.

The question is: How would you grow her instagram? I know for a kickstart, when linking FB and Instagram her actual friends can get a notice - what about her follwers, do they also get one? Of course we would also post her instagram on future pics on her FB...
When buying shoutouts, where should we buy them and what's the best way to contact account owners?
What should a contract include? Are there any pre-written contracts that we can adjust to our needs?
What should be the split between her and us? We will invest upfront (clothes, HQ makeup, professional shoots, trips to cool locations etc) with the chance of total failure or a long time before we see a return...

I would be really interested if someone is doing anything similar already to contact me.

Thanks :)

If you came here for the pics:

Oh god that calf on the first picture just made me leave this comment. Need to learn a bit about pictures people (especially guys) like to see. These are definately not "money making" pics.

As mentioned before, these are unprofessional pics and especially that one is from a very bad angle making her legs look way to thick - it's the same girl in all pics. If you'd see her in reality you know what I meant when I said she's hot ;)

You definitely need some better equipment and she needs to learn how to strike a pose. That last pic looks like she has just fallen off the disabled toilet.
Exactly... I see a lot of potential if professionally executed, she has a very slim/skinny body in reality and a beautiful face too as long as she doesn't grimace which seems to be her thing on her personal profile lol.

There's alot of big pages that just feature beautiful girls, just DM or tag them and should get some shoutouts. Easy followers.

Pay for a professional shoot, those shots should get her some attention and the photographer should be able to get the best out of her.
Then get a quality camera and decent lighting gear, doesn't have to be brand new so check the regular sites for bargains.

As for the contract, you need to decide how you are going to run the business.
Does she want to get paid as a model? If so then you get her to sign a contract waiving all rights to the photos and pay her a fixed fee for each shoot.
Have a look on photography sites for model release forms/contracts.

If she is a partner then you may need to see a lawyer to draw up a professional contract. You will need to discuss the financials and decide what people will be getting paid and when.
How much will each partner be putting in and what percentage would their return be? Will all profits be going directly back into the business for the first year?
Make sure every body is clear at the start, no point putting money into it then finding you have no model or somebody wants to withdraw after a couple of months.
If you are building her up into her own brand then you should stipulate a clause on future earnings if she gets poached by a professional talent/management company.

It really depends if you both are after a little cash or wanting to build a brand out of her, if just a little cash then build the page now and start taking pics.
Building a brand will take time and a financial investment.

maybe i am just noive. i dont see anything wrong with the poses except for the quality of the pics.
if you want to see pro photos, go get a magazine. i think a difference about social media is that things look real. i'll take $1000 cash over looking at $1M on a magazine anytime.

along the same line, people like all kinds of shit on fb or instagram. on fb, every picture gets comments like 'beautiful' even if i cannot bear to look at it, almost like that doctor on seinfeld, everything is 'breathtaking.'

as for signing contracts, you prolly can get it for free if you know how to talk lol. some people/women like something else better than money, like fame, or even just being appreciated, feeling important, etc. i know a stingy dance instructor who always gets women to teach with (as a dance partner) for free. i bet you can get women from craigslist to do that too.

A friend of mine has professional equipment that we can use for the first shoots.

If we do this, we want to make it a brand. Your tips are very helpful already. Since I haven't been into this space yet, it gave me some ideas and stuff I can implement that I didn't think of before.

Quickest route in your situation would probably be to upgrade the camera + get a photographer (not even a pro, just an enthusiast) to help with the angles and lighting and all of that. Keep growing on social media and maybe reach out to other girls doing the same and offer to help for $

Check out model mayhem for photographers. Some will work for free as its mutually beneficial for them too.

You can search by area so you can find someone close to you and check their previous work to see if they are any good.

Just do your homework and make sure you accompany her on the shoots.

Then when you have some profesional pics you can test the water on IG...

Get some equipment as suggested, use a bot, contact free feature pages and buy a few shoutouts if you can to grow faster.
