How would you send a secret message to a person on a public board?

Hi i'm reading postings from a guy who has definetly insider knowledge and would like to get in contact with him.However he disabled PM's and Mail on his Profil so everything what i can do is post a public post with a link in it.Just postingto hit me up or that i would like to talk with him wont work since he is getting these kind of requests massivly and is just ignoring them.My idea would be in posting a thread and adding a link where he downloads my text to him which i cant post in public to get his attention but how am i going to do that he will be the only one who will be able to read it.I cant post it in public because it has to many personal sensetive data and now i'm thinking the whole day how to contact him to get his attention and get my message which only he will be able to read.

Maybe you guys got some ideas?

try repping him and leaving him a message maybe he reads his reps. if they have a rep system. or google search his username maybe you can find him on another forum where he active or might even get a yt, fb , twitter info of his. who know might work might not

I would Google his user name, Or try to find his location and name (proflile). With his name and location down you have many more options on getting in touch with him.

no rep system and his username is always choosen that its impossible to find him on other boards.He is using usernames like Guest,Member which is impossible to find since these are names which are being used on each board

He's divulging insider information on sensitive political stuff and he's blocked his contact info...That's probably because he doesn't want to communicate any further than what he's already sharing. While you may have good intentions with wanting to contact him, he's probably well aware it's in his best interest to not get found out. My ex used to say, "The road to hell is paved with good intentions". So, while he may be helping you in correspondence, he could potentially be cutting his own throat, so to speak. Maybe leaving well enough alone is best.
