How would you scale an underwear eCommerce brand from 300k/month to 500k?

Our underwear ecommerce business generates around 300k / month. This month, I have the goal and made a bet with my partners that I could scale it to 500k. What would you do to scale from 300k/month to 500k/month?​

We run on Shopify Plus. We have a 150k-175k marketing budget. Our audience is Young Women. USA + Canada.
What we are currently doing:
  1. FB ads.
  2. Google Ads.
  3. Influencer.
  4. Upsells, all that stuff.
  5. A bunch of other stuff.
Curious to know what you guys would do, what process you would use.

I'm interested in white hat and grey hat strategies.

A quick google search told me July is HIV awareness month, maybe run a new FB/IG ad donating x% of each sale toward womens HIV bla bla organisation, run traffic to this ad with lots of fake comments and have a donation goal, state that if you reach the donation goal each buyer that helped the cause gets an x% discount coupon for next buy.

I would try to create a small buzz around the new campaign with your current audience and maybe get your current base audience a small discount for spreading awareness on Tiktok, as in each person that does a tiktok video about it get a special surprise in their next order.

Just an idea, i don't know your products so run the numbers and see if that can work, gl
 
Bing ads, native ads (Verizon, Taboola, Outbrain, Liveintent). Email ads (Gmail, Yahoo).

Are you doing both standard search and shopping ads with Google/Facebook?
 
double down on what made you 300k and experiment other new stuff thats it
 
1. How about SEO for long term?
2. Expand on product variation?
3. Check if you have untapped niche audiences, uhm, boyfriend/husband of these young women?
4. Affiliates
5. Resellers / Partnerships with other stores
6. Become a supplier for example to dropshippers/resellers?
7. Other emerging channels like Tiktok

Try pinterest ads. Tons of US/Canada women on there.
 
Viral Media content............... Set some trends up
Push this with Viral News content..... again, the goal being setting up some trends
Influencers would help with this process greatly.

Once you have trend rolling, as someone mentioned about you can look into setting up affiliate marketers

But, I'd set up a trend that features a product you can profit more than normal and pump the trend hard.... making sure branding is highly visible

I worked with the marketing for "ArMe" t-shirs long ago which became the fatest selling clothing line in the world (at the time) thanks to 50 Cent's explosion onto the music scene. People saw the clothing but didn't know what the brand was. I used the news to connect the public to the brand name.

Can you give some advices or cases how to double sales volume? We are selling underwear in Ukraine, but only making 20K$/month revenue.
