Hello, I have found myself with a group of 25 people that will do my bidding. I am trying to find a good way to monetize this situation . Any help or ideas are welcome. Thanks !

Depend on what they can do and if you are have to pay them. If they are good at article writing, write articles. If they can create sites, create sites. If they can build backlinks, then sell backlinks. And if you are going to do anything, if you have to pay them, make sure you profit.

Well, let's say these people aren't that good at anything online. They can go to websites and click things but it's not really like a specialized team of people.
Just regular joes that I can get to do stuff for me. Think of how much computer or online knowledge 40 something's have. That's them. I had read a story a whole ago of some phone marketing that this guy pulled of with a group of people , he ended up making something like 30k . I haven't been able to find something like that to actually use though.

What do you mean by site flipping party? Ive actually never flipped a site before.
There always wouldn't really be a party because we don't have sites to flip.

The more people the less is your share. The more people the less time you have for actual work, because you're busy managing them.

If you say they can't do much, may be its best to continue alone?

I'm serious. Have you tried to manage 8 people at once? This is the theoretical limit, past which is the dragons den.

Start a virtual assistant/random task/bitch work/data entry company, charge $100 a month per client, give the clients 10 hours per week of labor, each person should be able to handle between 4 and 8 clients per month, since the law of averages tells you that most of the clients wont fully utilize their 10 hours.

Although Ginder was banned because he went insane and started JVs that he didn't have the time to complete, then got frustrated and walked away from them with no communications nor refunds...
    BUT
his original concept certainly seemed sound and would probably work with a team. (Basically creating many MNS and Authority sites).

i had an outsourcing center and managed other companies for other entities. it is really an adult day care center. we are a special breed of self-motivated individuals. the 'others' don't have it. if 2 of them are any good you've struck gold. i know what steelballs means, the company before last i had 100 employees. now i work alone and use fiverr.

Lots of great replies, but these people are really not good enough with technology as to have them do any of this stuff.

This has become and interesting thread.

r they in the 408 too? i'm asking cause cost of living will determine profitability. i picked up 6 best spinner licenses for some workers to bid on syntaxing on freelancer. it worked in that country, but i'm from the 408, not sure it would fly there.
