    Hey people,

I actually own money that I dont need at this moment. What I mean is, I can invest this money. It is about xx.xxx$

I´m looking for good ways to let the money work for me. I thought about to invest in stocks but it seems like its hard to find good stocks. And also we got to pay too much taxes here. About 30% if you sell your stocks.

Investing in property is interesting but also hard to find cheap ones.

I also thought about it to buy some existing websites/projects that brings in ~1000$ or more in 1 month. But it is a bit risky because if you pay, lets say, 30000$ and the website fucks up in google, you wasted 30000$...

What would you suggest me? What is worth to learn more about and start invest in it? Forex? Or what else?

Open a restaurant, 10,000$ for kitchen equipment than pay for the rent for the building or whatever, than 10,000 for tables, booths, flat screen tvs, etc. Than get some good friends who need work........ Yeahssss

Then what do you suggest? I'm also interested in eventually opening an offline business. I was thinking more about a bar/nightclub because I love those, but that's still a few years away for me.

Dance Clubs are good businesses.... I use to be a club promoter...
the bar on some of the clubs that I promoted would make $40,000 on a good saturday..... on one night.

You really have to know the business.... but the business is recession proof.

People celebrate at the club on good days...... and people will hit the clubs to drown their sorrow....

    Invest in yourself.

The stereotypical example of this scenario is the drug dealer who tries to go legit. The drug dealer knows one thing really well: selling drugs. He doesn't know any other industries so why should he change what he is doing?

I'm going to guess you have made that $30K from internet marketing. If that is the case, don't change it. Just use your money to scale up production more and more. You know what you're doing and you do it well. Focus on making money with that.

    Best of luck

Buy a studio/very small appartement and rent it! It's an asset and it gets more value during time, and u also get a check every month if you rent it. I don't know if 30k is enough to get a very small studio in the place where u live.

The entertainment industry is a good offline investment-- Many films would do well for an initial investment, and then have people to back it. However, you'd have to have established connections already to get the ball rolling to even have a chance at making a profit in that industry.

Whatever you made money in to begin with-- Reinvest and scale it up. If it was a one-shot deal, capitalize on the method utilized and expand it out to different markets.

Well, we could really compare drug dealing with IM. IM is by nature unstable, everything can go wrong overnight. Same thing with the drug dealer. I think that once you get enough money, you should really consider investing into something stable, such as an offline business or real estate.

Well that's my ultimate goal, anyway. I don't want to be worrying about websites and Google when I'm in my 30's

You mentioned property but cant find the right price. Correct? You can find the right ones for the right price with good returns later on. Dont rule out real estate. I have a background in this and may be able to offer some suggestions if you want to PM me.

The safest investment is gold. Over the long term you will make money. Why do you think there are so many companies offering to buy your gold? I see guys all over the streets holding signs promoting local pawn shops that want to buy gold.

I don't really care for stocks but if I was forced to play a stock I would look into amazon. They are always increasing. I was thinking to invest in them back in 2009 before they broke 100, now they are almost 200.

    Hope this helps.

Anything you pick can go wrong overnight. Your best option is to diversify. (Yes, you can actually diversify within the online IM world).

Make MNS. Make authority sites. Make ecommerce sites. Monetize with everything. Keep things separated that need to be separated.

For every site Google spanks, another gets rewarded. Figure out what it takes to be the rewarded site.

I see people complaining that their quality site took a nose dive and the only thing left in the niche at the top are crappy sites. Own those crappy sites too.

if i had cash like that drop in my lap i'd buy some essentials like servers, software, domains, etc. then there's the services like article article writing to consider if you want to do some mns

well, 10k. stock exchange is good if you know the way. i remember limited movie.

restaurant, that's good too, but need hard work..

gold. It's good for long term. but not really good for fast cash..

pharmacy store, is good, well, people is on the stress line because of recession. That's why you provide an anti stress pile. LOL

build, a school music, franchise, give it to your trusted partner to do something. you can take 50%. but the risk is too damn bad.

if you want really passive income, put it in your bank and talk to them to manage it. the risk is on bank not you.

Well I would say invest your money over a large amounts of methods/strategies. In that case, you wont feel treathened if anything fails. If one method fails, at least you have the other 5 methods that generate you income.

If you're thinking of opening an offline business I would say this. Learn marketing for offline businesses (local SEO, SMS marketing, social media marketing). Then offer these services to businesses. Try different sorts of businesses. When you find that you have become very good at marketing for other (you've learned on their money) then start to see which one of the businesses you worked with was the most exciting or you liked the best. Then go into that business model and rock your business with all your gained online marketing skills.

    better yet, stick to online!
