How would you do this?

    Hey guys,

    I just started working with a commercial real estate company and got assigned to generate leads for them. The 2 type of leads they want are buyers who are interested in buying commercial real estate. The second type of lead that they want is people who are looking for commercial loans. The question is, how would you generate these leads for them?

    I was thinking submitting articles to ezine and with traffic send them to a landing page to subscribe to a newsletter for a free item. I was also thinking about promoting their fanpage on facebook. Or use flashtweet to bring in more followers for their twitter. what do you guys think I should do?

    I would try traditional sources newspaper adverts - real estate magazines and even go round the real estate companies picking up brochures and flyers etc

    You will pick up a lot of very good leads

    I will do CL, probably hire some CL posters to do some listings. How about talking to CPA companies?

    Check his sig..he is marketing his SEO services in an indirect way. I think his domain is funny as well. Magic SEO ? SEO is no magic, buddy.

    You should then go to some freelancer website like Elance.com
