How would I use movie trailers in youtube as my own?

I want to get into youtube marketing. Wanted to ask if I want to use movie trailers in my channels. What are the rules should I do make the video unique so that it would be taken out because of copyright and all? I see that many guys in youtube are doing it but they have things like making reviews or lower the quality of the video. Any tips?

Well, as far as I know, people will flag your video for copyrighted content or the original uploader may also report a complaint against your video. Also, I don't think changing quality or such stuff will help, if you are actually copying a video or a trailer. Someone had copied my vid and uploaded with some changes, but it still got taken down when I opened a complaint against it.
