I know it's a retarded question but I wanted to gauge the effectiveness PBNs as of right now. Wanted to know everyone's experience with PBNs and whether there was a positive or negative experience.

How quick of a ranking boost do you get?
How long does it take to maintain?

Your right, it is a retarded question and you shouldn't have asked.

Better to ask questions then remain silent.

Couldn't agree more. You don't just create PBNs and throw backlinks on them, you need to do it right if you are looking for stable long term rankings.

Definitely PBNs are probably the best way to get ranks without going really black hat.

If you plan out the PBN well they shouldn't take too much time to upkeep, the most time spent will be on setting it up in the first place IMO.

If you set each site up as it's own site and not part of a network, i.e. no real footprints, then there is no reason for it to get flagged anytime soon.

PBNs (if built properly + with high quality posts) are one of the best ways to ensure you'll have ranking power for months to come!

Any one who is saying PBN links are not working is definitely a lier, as they worked , will work in future. Agree with previous comments, that they need to be done correctly and be clean, with unique (not exactly 500 words as everyone says in their service, but look natural), also adding articles without links and etc. Verdict - PBN WORK.

Works great, even for longer term results. The issue most people face is having PBNs deindexed when they don't put any effort in making these sites look legit. If you set it up right, you'll do great!

I bought 5 links of PBN from one of seller here and they rank my keywords good.
    I believe it works good.

Been considering using them for a while now, but I don't know how much value there is in them, if the posts roll off into inner pages after a week or two. Won't the rankings drop accordingly? (If you were to use some of the services advertised around, I mean)

If you build and maintain them the right way, they work.

If you do them the same as 5 years ago, you will get diminishing results.

Is it just me or did nobody actually answer either of your two questions?

Also I would love to know how many people who replied own their own PBN or are just posting their opinion.

Anyway OP I have only been using my PBN for around 8 weeks, currently it has 55 domains. I did not see any boost in rankings for around three weeks and then my money sites began dancing around. They are still moving around and have not settled as of yet so I am just waiting to see the results. The highest rank I have right now involving my PBN is 19. I am hoping to see a boost from the links over the coming months.

Regarding your second question, I dont understand what you are asking? Each domain takes around 5 minutes to set up and after that I just let my autoposter take care of the rest. I ping the URLs to my indexing service every now and then but other than that I just pay the monthly hosting fees.

    1. It takes usually 1-2 weeks without indexing
    2. As long as you wish your rankings to stick

I own and I posted my opinion.

It depends on the niche (competition) of your site.

I would LOVE to know why you'd answer such a dumb question ? Or if you took 3 seconds to consider how dumb it really is? Asking "how well" PBNs work is same as asking how well SEO works or how well marketing works. It would be like if I went on a cooking forum to ask "how well do stoves work"? Then I don't even post it in the stove forum LOL.

I have nothing against noobs who wanna ask basic questions about metrics, hosting, etc. And as kind and helpful as I like to think I am, there's a point where people gotta draw a line. This is one of those threads.

My stove sucks, man. There's always the one burner where the heating element is skewed a bit so oil and melted butter all slides to one side of the pan and cooking is always uneven. Nothing like ruining a USDA Prime steak on a Lodge cast iron because the heating element was angled like two degrees.

    It's BS, man.
