How vulnerable are SoftReg PVA facebook (and other socmed) to getting banned or shadowbanned?

Newbie here, I'm planning to get a lot of accounts for a personal project. I was wondering if softreg accounts are more prone to bans than manually created accounts. Is there a difference to how the sites treat them?

Should I just get manually created accounts?
