So guys, what's your opinion? How vk.com made soo big success.. I mean it's worth like few bilion dollars and it has over 150-200 milion members.

Copied the idea of Facebook back when it was still only just becoming mainstream and moving Myspace to the side and went after all the markets that were untapped at the time with the same ideas. My guess anyway.

They Tried hard to Expand Beyond Russia In last few years i had seen lot of contests
Basically There is still lot of potential in Geo targeted Social Networks and apps

Everyone knows that its a complete copy of Facebook.
And still, they had the right product at the right time.

Majority of Russians do not speak English, and practically nobody in Russia knew about Facebook back then.
