How long until a domain that was either spammed/churned or was used for pharma is clean again if it has been dropped a while ago? There has to be some time period when Google realizes that a domain is no longer associated with it's past... but do any of you know that general time-frame?

I would love to know this as well. Is there even a time frame or is it still considered associated with the old links?

Have you actually tried this? I wouldn't be shocked if they lifted a penalty, but I would guess they they will be watching you CLOSE for a while after this. Maybe even a manual review at some point?

    Am I correct?
