How Ukrainian Digital-Company can collaborate with Amerika? From where can I start?

    Hi, guys.
    I'm a project manager of a small Ukrainian Media/SEO company. Of course, this coronavirus thing made almost every business got to collapse. So we decided to go to World Companies. Our company collaborated with a lot of big Ukrainian Companies, and we have an extremely large amount of good cases, but I understand that the situation with World Companies that need advertising is different.
    Please Advise me on something. What should I read to understand the situation in the Asian / American media/digital market? From where I need to start to learn it? Thank you

    A good way is to send your staffs to big SEO/marketing conference held in US or internationally every year to build a good relationship with other big names. You can check semrush posts and searchenginejournal to get more similar info.

    However, all media industry circles tend to constrained within its own country thus for a foreign media company its hard to enter another one's market, since they already have enough resources to do everything.

    I absolutely agree with you -- every country has its own resources but the thing is that we can offer is the less price for the same result. So, that's why we want to try to get the foreign Market. Is it the pattern or routine to connect with companies?
    In my country we are making a commercial proposal with successful cases, how do you do this?

    In fact I am not too familiar with business things lol, above was just my 2 cents! Well, I mean when you said "less price for the same result" but its really tricky to say this, even though this is right truth but nobody will easily trust your company, especially for a foreign company, you know it that SEO/Media things are really hard to evaluating! While your side wants the payment first, but they want to pay you later LOL, this dilemma will never change. So...

    So I would rather suggest first conquer your native market places and maybe some miracles would happen?!

    Don't forget read SEMrush official post and SEJ, a ton of business ideas for YOU!

    Try Polish market. Alot people in UA speak Polish so helpdesk with good Polish language wont be a problem. Also nearly same timezone.

    Trying to get big clients from USA market may be hard. Better try to ping seo companies in USA and offer outsourcing for cheap ;)

    You can always get recommendations / citation from Big companies on Linkedin to boost your company profile.

    If you have resource/budget try ppc. Already you have big companies in your portfolio, so you can close much compare to new startup.
