I use chrome extension, rss reader that track and notify me about those blog updates. I need just the rss to work, this little work best for spying competition and grab news..

however I waste my time so much because I need to check them one by one (rss), is there any site like alltop allow u to insert ur own rss?

setup Google alert for specific keywords and you will receive an email each time something related to that keyword just came up :)
