Hello, I have been trying to publish a lot of articles to AC for Upfront Payment, but almost every time my articles have been declined. I have tried different methods: article spinners, translation, content from books, rewrite articles, but I usually fail. Article spinners and translation wont work, because then article grammar is awful, content from books usually have been published elsewhere on internet, but rewrite articles is to hard for me, because English is not my native language, so to rewrite article I need to spend quite a lot time and then still I usually have to much grammar mistakes so they declined my article.

Please tell me some method that will work in my case. I would be realy grateful :):)

Outsource it dude...
Find a good rewriter and scrape content to him/her and then submit that content to A*C...:)

Agree with the fact that spinners churn out BS, try not to copy directly from books either - you'll probably get found out soon enough - always check your articles on Copyscape before submission.
Best thing to do is go on with re-writing internet articles - either with the help of a synonym tool - like Wordflood or PAW (the latter found on this forum) or outsourcing it - to be honest though many people on Freelancer/GAF are not native English speakers either.
I've found that AC really loves reviews on products, local information (e.g. talk about some services near where you live) or guides.
Good Luck.

With everything you mentioned that isn't a option for you your only real alternative is hiring a cheap rewriter. As far as the declines, it sounds like you may not have been targeting specific, unsaturated keyword phrases? Just a shot in the dark based on what you said.

As red said, try writing about niche topics that people havnt done before
