How to write email and in what name to write them

guys any suggestion on how to make emails to promote affiliate products ?

I am struggling to think in what angle do I write , say I’d promote health products, so do I pretend I am a guru in this field to write email and share stories daily to this email list ? Do I need a blog for this?

Any idea ??
