Hey guys, sorry for the title, it might be misleaded but i didn't knew what to write.
The things is, i want to clear my name out of google, some of the auto stats/whois sites such as whois.domaintools.com, have recorded my last website's whois, and my name and other information is recorded also.

Can someone please tell me how can i take the page down, the only solution i could think up is writing a DMCA complaint, and asking them to take down the page with my name in it, if i am right, can someone explain me a bit how to write the DMCA or what to do? Thanks in advance.

Those whois sites are usually automated, so if you simply change your contact info on your domains and/or order privacy for them from your registrar, the whois sites should update with the new info.

Also, you shouldn't shy away from doing a simple google search on "how to write a dmca complaint", although all you need to do is say "You stole my copyrighted work from http://myurl.com Please take it down."

A dmca complaint won't help you. Dmca are meant to protect copyrighted works, not names or addresses. If you want to change the content of such sites, you can just change your whois info as said before or purchase whois protector that will display a third party's address instead of yours.
