I have been in the Online world for quite a long time. I just browsed by database of clients and found out that there are lot of clients that did not went back to purchase more to me. Do you have any suggestion or strategies in winning back old clients?

Clients of what? An escort agency? I'd say the problem is the product.

Yup, maybe product or service wasn't good, or they're paying too much and your not offering enough value.

Make them a new offer and see if they come back. Buy one get one free or big discount etc....

Offer a special deal and try to reactivate your old clients that way.
Send a personal email to those who don't respond and ask for any feedback they can give you. Don't use a survey, just a super short personal email.

This will work 100% better than doing nothing. Even if you get no sales you might get some insights.

I would certainly negotiate via email to them .let them know that you have updated your arsenal with mind boggling offers, ofcourse.I would call them and see what's going on,if they're local clients. And always ask them what their budget is and try to make a compromise in cost ,never in quality. They will surely get back to you.

LOL, negotiate? Ask for budget? Are you for real? It makes sense if you're selling a premium product/service for $xxx-xxxx, but for low-priced items (which I think is what he's selling) that would be nothing but a fucking waste of time.

I have to agree here. If you try to negotiate, people will think you're desperate and take advantage of that.

That is fine, you guys are entitled to your own views, I was just stating mine. Negotiate or asking about about my client's budget doesn't mean that .. i am begging to them.My clients actually love the way i treat them.they always tell me about big guns looting them.So i shared that thought..

Why not ask them what problems they are currently facing and see what you can do to help them.

Thank you for all your comments and suggestions. Please let us make this a healthy discussion. We are just sharing all our views here, let us just respect each views and opinions.

I guess I'll send them an email and make sure it will sound more personal and ask them how are they (to make it look like a little chitchat, I do not want to sound like someone who just need a sale). And luckily if someone replied, that's the time i will be offering a new product or big discount because he has been part of my journey as an online seller, etc. etc.

Word of mouth marketing is the way to go.talk to them normally, then grab a sale.Being polite and friendly is always going to be relevant.

Fair enough, sorry I sounded snappy. Just getting used to the ever-increasing amounts of morons posting here lately, pretty much acting on impulse these days.
