Hi, I have seen a lot of threads here on phone verification for AC. and there are some people offering PVA for upto 4 dollars. Here is how you can verify your AC account for free with a US phone number.

Sign up for an account on bueno.c0m
Get yourself a US based number
Verify your fresh AC account with this number by letting AC call you. You need to keep open the bueno in a separate tab.
just listen to the 4 digit code and verify

Create as many acounts as you want.

A thanks won't hurt.

I have problem with that. My phone still go offline. Should I use install plugin successfully to make phone go online?? Because I get error when install the plugin...firefox say "illegal operation..."

Yes install the plugin. Should work fine with firefox else u can try IE.

Wtf?

Someone help me out here.

I installed the necessary plugins.

I even called my cell phone with bueno, and I called bueno with my cell phone. It worked.

But when I tried verifying with Associated Content, I received no calls, and I received no text messages. Then it failed... What's up?

it does not work when craiglist calls back.

it says -

Your phone number could not be verified.
Please start over with another number.

I tried this method. I could call the bueno number from my home number but got message saying my account could not be verified with my bueno phone number......please help.

I have made about 20 accounts using this technique today and it all works fine.
On one laptop I had problems with bueno, the phone just wouldnt do anything but on another identical laptop(bar software updates) it was fine.
I had problems with one of those accounts where I left the "choose your number" bit as the default, scroll half way down and pick a random one. When I did that I had no problems.

Ok, i've signup with bueno but when I tried verifying my account AC keeps saying "Your session has expired. Please log back in." Can anyone tell me what went wrong?
