How to use whitehat for CPA conversions

How would you actually reduce your EPC with legitimate traffic through whitehat for email/zip submit CPA offers? Say for example a $500 gift card etc.

Blackhat to me seems like the only way to make money out of these offers as after a user submits an email/zip they are led on an endless path of offer completions that even if the person was interested in the initial offer they would give up because of the amount of bullshit they need to go through.

White hat is pretty much anything that doesn't violate the TOS of the advertiser + the network, is my definition of it.

There are plenty of affiliates out there using white hat to make money with those email/zip submits every day. It's not up to us to make them do the offers, we only have to get them to fill out the 1st page or 2nd page and we get a conversion. I have been doing a lot of white hat lately, but I haven't messed with email/zips yet because of the low payout/high scrub rate that happens over time.

If you want to lower your EPC, then send fake clicks to the offer, no need to spend money on white hat traffic UNLESS you want to try and blend the two together so that you're less likely to get caught. If that's the case then make a separate landing page with your offer links, double meta refresh these links, send traffic to your website and hope it converts. You can use myspace, youtube, etc. to send traffic to your website and it won't be black hat if they fill out the offers that they see on your site. Just an idea.
