    Hi,
I am living in a country where the average salary is 250USD. How can I use that?
I am thinking about produceing something and selling it at low price, or to sell some kind of service?
Is anyone interested in finding a cheap manpower or something?
Any idea will be appreciated :)

Finding a consistent $500 job online is a "full time Job" itself ;) with no return.
I m trying for quite a long time to get one.

I am living in Bulgaria, it is not that bad cuz the prices are low too. No, I dont want to exploit people, isnt it better when everyone wins :) I want to take advantage from the situation... Low prices, low salary, low taxes...

In the country that I was born the average salary is even lower ($200 but you can find desperate people who will work for even less because unemployment rate is so fucking high). It happens that I have lived in BG for some years and I thought the average was 700 lev = 350 Euros, no? But you are right about the living standards - the prices are too low and the flat tax rate of 10% is awesome as well to set up your LLC-s there.

I would suggest you build up an outsourcing company, especially dealing with data entry and similar jobs, because that is something that all the people can do with minimal training. Most clients pay at least $300/month for hiring a full-time outsourcer, so your cut could be as much as $100/person/month (although you have to subtract other business expenses as well which are quite a few in this model).

I agree that you should try freelancing. Depending on what you can do, you can make a decent amount here.

That's not possible in Bulgaria. Although the average salary is ridiculously low people who actually have any type of technical knowledge can easily land a $700-1000 job which with time increases the payment.
Problem is that people are on the two opposite edges... they are either overqualified and therefore won't take such a job, or they are unqualified and even simple things as data entry would be hard for them to handle.
Also it really depends on where you are located. If you are in the capital where(according to the news) the average salary is now at 500-600 euros it will be impossible, but if you are in the rural towns I suppose it's possible, but I still don't think that it's worth investing.

Bulgaria has a ton of physical shit that can be sold, but the issue is that it's kinda expensive to send it. If it's within the EU prices are still ok, but if you are sending to US/Asia...it gets to a point where the price to send the package is more expensive than the package itself lol.

@OP If you do plan on creating a data entry etc... outsourcing company you can always first, create few ads to see what type of people will respond then give them some task as an exam to see if they can handle it or not and then if you think that you have enough of qualified people you can easily set up a company get some cheap space(at least there is plenty of cheap space for rent :D) and give it a go. It should be noted that I assume that it would still cost you at least $2-3k and that's by really, really trying to save money.
If you want to build and actual "decent" company the computers, desks etc... alone will cost you probably over $5k depending on the amount of workers you plan on taking.

Buy some computers and hire people to farm game-gold to sell maybe?

Or teach them to do some other online work.

Or start an online service where people can hire your people for work online where they give them easy to follow instructions.

    Interesting solution :)
@favorshows, this is the main idea... To test people before start, just wondering where to start and with what. Have some ideas and now I am doing research where are the best places to promote/sell this kind of service. :)
Thank you all for the advices!

You can register on any CPA network, and use that money to buy traffics promoting CPA offers. For example you can register on Peerfly, finding some dating offers and promote it on PlentyofFish (POF). If you have no experience in promoting CPA offers, I would suggest you do some research first, study how to track your campaigns' performance, writing ad copy etc. Trust me, it's worth the time. I've found some good tutorials on this forum.

This would be the fastest way to know whether you're profitable or not that I can think of right now.
