How to use Stripe in Europe

1. Use their service Atlas to create a Delaware offshore company
2. Open a business in an agreed country. They allow Slovenia so I am sure you can cross the border and set a Slovenian business. Or create an Estonian e-business.

You have two options:

Anyway, the thing to do is to create a business entity in an agreed country.
