How to use misfired articles?

Just wondering can we reuse our misfired articles at AC. Here misfired articles means the articles which are declined by AC's editors due to some reason. See I does not submit my articles for performance incentives when my articles are declined for upfront payments. So they are still lying as non published status. So my question is can I resubmit these misfired and non published articles to other AC account or in same AC account. Approx 30 articles are of same case and I already paid my outsourced writers for these misfired articles. Need your insight guys. Please share your experience with result if you have done/doing this.

Ya I re-submit mine all the time. I try to submit them to the same account tho. Just throw a new title on em. I had one in particular that got declined twice (to broad a topic) and on the 3rd try it got over $3 upfront.
