I know how to use the fake the referrer for normal cpa offers using my blackhat page....and a white hat blog. My question is how would I use it for a email distribution only CPA offer? I want it to look like the traffic is coming from an email not a blog.

    Thanks:)

Sorry but don't think this is possible with CPA-Redirector. Ask your AM and see if they mind an e-mail offer going to a landing page first, I have a few that I do this with. Then you could just say you e-mailed them.

    Good luck $$$$$ :sombrero:

Just DMR the traffic before it gets to the aff link and you're done.

yeah i dont think you really can fake the referer but if you just dmr the traffic i believe its alright then as the am's wont see a referer. I dont do mailing and dont know for sure but i believe this is fine as people who click a link from an e-mail dont have a referer because there coming right from there inbox. Unless they use hotmail, gmail etc but once again im not certain.

You can't fake it unless you own the domain... and since you don't own yahoo.com, mail.google.com and hotmail.com, it's impossible :p

You don't necessarily have to 'fake' the referrer. You could just blank it. I know for a fact that if a link is clicked from GMail's inbox, the referrer is blanked.

Just make the page it fakes the referrer to your own landing page for the offer, if your AM asks, say you it's email traffic but you used your own LP as it increased conversions.

    Cheers

make the link not clickable, so they will copy/paste and there will be no ref

normal link: http://www.stardrifter.org/cgi-bin/ref.cgi (image that it does use the auto ref hider)
    unclickable: http://www.stardrifter.org/cgi-bin/ref.cgi
