    Hi there,

I m looking for any ways to use copyrighted images in my video... i don't want to directly use the images, even i m ok to show link which will take viewer to the images.

One way i was thinking is to get images uploaded to flicker, then use flickr images and post it in my video, using in built slideshow of flickr. Even then will i be responsible for the any copyright claim ? as per my understanding original uploaded will be responsible for it. (here person who uploaded it on flickr, not for the video...)

    Appreciate any comments!

    What niche?
Take a look about Magisto, stupeflix or others video editors that apply filters to pics.
You can read the method here in a lot of posts. I call it passing pics for the blender!
Crop, flip, apply instagram like filters and then use Magisto for blurring and applying more visual filters to pics o short videos.
Then, it's difficult that YouTube can apply contentID or admit any copyright claim to your videos.
