How to upload video in my own site?

I have to upload a adult clip on my sales page of my website...I used to use a embedded code from a video tube site...but now i want to host the video and upload in my own server....Pls Help.

What form is the video in? flv, mp4, wmv? Should be a simple process to upoad the files and link it on your site. Depending on what files you have, you may have to upload more than one file.
