Im trying to setup zennoposter to run instagram. I started using websta but realized today you cant post with it! only view and follow.

I have andyroid (that always reminds me of hemmeroid :p) for emulaiton but i cant get zennoposter to work with that afaik.

So need a browser or command line solution for uploading.

    Any ideas?

I looked at grambler but seems that is also gonna be an interfaced based thing so i couldnt make zenno control it. Need to run from command or bwoser for zenno to handle things.

You can use Mass Planner to post to instagram from your computer easily, with a lot of extra options like spinning your text, adding custom signatures and hashtags and more.
As for websta or any other web solution for instagram, they use the instagram api and that doesn't allow posting so none will provide you with that feature.

Yes it is, if you're looking for something free you might want to try bluestacks, there are some people using it to emulate a phone and post through it, will need a little setting up though, i think there are a couple of guides here on BHW on how you can set it up.
