How to upload and unzip in cPanel to 100 directories? Can pay for automation if needed

Looking for automation to upload and unzip files into different directories on cPanel. Have tried iMacros and googled for hours, cannot get this to work. Any advice appreciated.

Here is what I have:
cPanel with addon domains
Excel file with folder names (domains) that are in FileManager
All folders will have same zip file.

Here is what I need:
Script goes to FileManager
Goes to folder that is in Excel File
Uploads zip file
Unzips file
Then repeat a loop
Goes to next folder etc.......

If someone can create an iMacro or something that will do this will pay for work.

Write a bash script and run it as root, pretty easy.
