how to undelete pictures from iphone

my grand got some disesa and now she cant talk i hav a video of her speaking before her operation which she couldnt talk after that the doctors said its likely she will not talk again i mistakenly delete pictures and the video is there anyway i can undo this dont surgest itunes back up as i didnt have the back up help please
